1. data upload

record data such as valve opening time in real time, battery voltage, signal value, valve status and upload to the software platform actively.

2. remote control

users can manage meter directly, open and close the valve remotely, adjust angle, modify upload period and set time in the software platform.

3. switch status detection

users can master open/close state ( angle status display) in real time by the indicator light on the panel and report to the software platform.

4. rust protection

users can send automatic calibration instructions by the platform to prevent the rust problem as long-time no action.

5. adjustment accuracy

users can adjust valve to 0, 15, 30, 45, 60, 75, 90 degree as required.

6. temperature measurement

the interior of valve contains two temperature sensors to measure the temperature of water inlet and outlet. users can observe real-time temperature according to the reported information.

support two upload modes including fixed time mode and manual mode, debugging or uploading data immediately can be realized by manual. the fixed time upload supports three ways: month, day, hour (which days of the month, which hour of the day, which minute of the hour)

installation

1. the valve should be positioned before pipe installation generally. piping is naturally, and the position is right, avoid prestressing.

2. when tightening the screw, the valve is slightly open status, in case to break valve top sealing cover.

3. once open and close again, when the valve takes its place. the phenomenon of no stuck is passing.

4. don’t regard valve stem as scaffold to climb while installing.

5. for newly installed pipes,valves should be installed after washing sundries such as pebbles, sediments, jute and so on, in case valve breakdown.

attentions

1. the interior contains precision electronic component, and the communication is wireless. therefore, the position should be suitable, and be supposed to keep away from heat source, intense radiation and aggressive environment.

2. metal objects have serious effects on blocking wireless signal, and shorten wireless communication distance immensely, even unable to communicate normally. thus, should avoid installing valve in complicated or enclosed structure as far as possible, and has to try to slot in a metal structure, so that signals can pass smoothly.

3. elements on the circuit board are precision electronic component. should pay attention to electrostatic protection while installing.

transportation and storage

1. transport valves without drastic impact. preserve valves in the original package.the environmental temperature of the site is 0℃-60℃, the humidity is less than or equal to 95% relatively, and guarantee no corrosive gas in the air.

2. valve stores in the depot, the stack height is less than 10 boxes, the height of single package is less than 10 units, and a single unpacked valve should not be stored.
